Isabella (ella) troy
CLINICAL THERAPIST
Licensed Master Social Worker
Ella is passionate about creating therapeutic spaces where clients feel genuinely heard, valued, and understood. She is dedicated to walking alongside individuals and families on their journey toward healing, growth, and the discovery of their own inner strength. Ella finds fulfillment in witnessing the resilience of people of all ages as they navigate life’s challenges and move toward living as their most authentic selves.
Ella earned both her Bachelor of Social Work, with a minor in Child Development, and her Master of Social Work from Texas Christian University. Her education provided her with a strong foundation in human development and evidence-based therapeutic interventions across the lifespan. As a Licensed Master Social Worker, Ella integrates evidence-based practices with a compassionate, client-centered approach that honors each person’s unique needs, experiences, and strengths.
Ella has specialized training in several therapeutic modalities, including Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI), and Trauma-Informed Care. Drawing on these tools, Ella tailors her approach to meet clients where they are — emotionally, developmentally, and relationally — creating a safe and supportive environment to explore emotions, build coping skills, and foster resilience.
Ella’s previous experience includes supporting individuals and families in both Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). She is especially skilled in helping clients navigate challenges such as suicidal ideation, self-harm, self-esteem struggles, stress, anger, sexual identity exploration, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, and peer relationships.
At the heart of Ella’s work is the belief that authentic connection is the cornerstone of effective therapy — whether through traditional talk therapy or creative, expressive modalities. She strives to create a space where every client feels safe to explore, grow, and heal.
