Group counseling can meet a variety of mental health needs for individuals of all ages. Therapeutic groups provide an opportunity for individuals to share their current life struggles in a supportive environment and receive encouragement , support, and feedback from other group members. Skill-based groups provide opportunities for individuals to learn a variety of social and life skills for the purpose of improving self-esteem, learning conflict management, and much more. Depending on your goals, our counselors can recommend a group that is most appropriate for you!
